Celebrity Sourcing:
We are able to advise you on the selection of an appropriate celebrity to host your conference/gala event. Our role will include briefing the celebrity, scripting the event for them and agreeing the parameters of discussions, interviews etc.

Event Planning:
For every event we prepare a detailed project plan. This details what tasks must be undertaken by whom and by when and the information within it is used to guide the overall management of the project.

We offer you a high level of experience in the design and programming of events. This will ensure that all the elements fit together within the time available and in a way that achieves your objectives.

Database Management:
Our team is highly skilled in the use of database software and can exploit the full potential of the relational nature of this. Consequently we are able to provide you with detailed project management information both quickly and easily. We see the quality of our database systems as one of the best differentiators of the company.

Evaluation:
Evaluation of events is crucial for providing quantifiable evidence of their effectiveness and the extent of which stated objectives have been achieved. For each event we will be happy to work with you to devise appropriate grading scales and forms and we can undertake an analysis of these to provide you with a summary of the findings.

Financial Management:
Our role includes the preparation of budgets for your event, a portioning expenditure within this and subsequently ensuring that the event is managed in a fully effective financial way.

Graphic Design and Print:
Our role includes managing all aspects of the graphic design and print required for each event. We can prepare design concepts; generate text; prepare proofs and ultimately oversee the print and delivery of materials such as brochures, menus, handbooks etc.

In-House Video Editing and DVD Production:
We can record your conference or gala and have in-house facilities for editing this for application on DVD or via the internet.

Interpreters and Equipment:
For international conference events we can supply interpreters and all necessary equipment for simultaneous translation.

Marketing:
We can give advice on ways to tell people about your event and provide follow through in terms of making it happen through brochures, web sites, email broadcasts, advertising and PR.

Media Management:
We can provide PR support through the preparation of a media plan, issuing press releases, contact with key journalists and handling of media enquiries.

Response Handing:
We have in place sophisticated database systems for information management and we can process responses from guests or potential delegates by post, telephone, email and fax as well as directly from the web.

Social and Partner Programmes:
We have extensive experience of creating and managing the networking opportunities and social programmes that accompany large events. We can design partner programmes for delegates as well as those who are accompanying persons but not attending the conference per say.

Speaker Liaison:
Our role is to work closely with the speakers at your events be they local or international. This will include briefing sessions, organising transport and accommodation and ensuring all their audio visual requirements are met.

Staffing:
For conferences and gala dinners we provide all necessary staff for registration and distribution of delegate packs, name badges etc.

For international events we can also provide a full secretariat service including photocopying, email access for delegates etc.  Our team is also competent in French and German.

Staging/Lighting/Audio Visual:
We manage the design, build and installation of any stage sets or staging required for every event. Our role includes preparing specifications for stage lighting and all audio visual requirements. In addition we supply all technicians required for operation of all audio visual equipment during events.

Ticketing/Invoicing/Bad Debt:
We have in place systems to sell tickets to those attending your events and for invoicing them and collecting monies, including bad debt. We are registered merchants and can process payments in many forms including Mastercard and Visa.

Venue Selection:
We work with you to identify venues appropriate for your events based on preferred geographical location, target audience, size and format of each event.

Web Design:
We have an in-house web design facility which enables us to quickly and easily create a website specific to your conference or gala event. This makes it easy for people to find the relevant information and provide a measure of the effectiveness of other marketing techniques.
